Ron Homer, a partner attorney, has represented clients in the Vaccine Program since 1992. He was the lead attorney in the Vaccine Program’s Rubella/Arthropathy Omnibus Proceeding and assisted the Chief Special Master in the orderly resolution of claims in the Omnibus Autism Proceedings.
Ron received his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston and graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law. He has been the attorney of record for thousands of cases in the Vaccine Program and is currently a member of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association and the American Association of Justice. In addition, he served as a member of the Vaccine Program’s Outreach Committee.
He is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State Bar of California, and has practiced before the Office of Special Masters, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
