Joseph Pepper joined the firm as an attorney in 2010.  Joe has an undergraduate degree in environmental science from the University of Maine at Farmington.  Prior to law school, Joe worked as an analytical chemist, testing environmental samples for inorganic contaminants, including mercury, hexavalent chromium, and lead.  Joe went on to earn his law degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked for an environmental non-profit and MetroWest Legal Services.

Joe has practiced before the Office of Special Masters, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  In addition, he is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.  Joe has been an invited speaker at USCFC Judicial Conferences, Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association Conferences and the American Association for Justice, presenting on a number of topics in the Vaccine Program.  He currently serves as a contributing editor for “Inside 717,” a Court of Federal Claims’ Bar Association publication.

Joseph is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
